September 8, 2016

Canadian Trails

The Prescott-Russell Recreational Trail is a 72km rail-to-trail conversion.

Starts at km 3 in St-Eugene and ends at km 72 in Hammond, near Ottawa’s boundary.

The Trail traverses the United Counties of Prescott and Russell from east to west and crosses through five of the eight municipalities, East Hawkesbury, Champlain, La Nation, Alfred-Plantagenet, and Clarence-Rockland.

It is threatened with closure by the County.
