You could say that a river runs through it.
The Placentia-Whitbourne District RCMP are advising users of the Newfoundland T’railWay there is a large and very hazardous washout approximately halfway between the Whitbourne/Markland access and Route 100 (the Argentia Access Road).
Due to the severity of the washout, the T’railWay is inaccessible in this area.
The RCMP are advising the public the area is very dangerous, with fast moving water running through the washed-out portion and are asked to stay out of the area until repairs can be made.
Barricades are in place.

A crowd of surfers took to the water at Martinique Beach on Monday in support of the Black Lives Matter cause.
About 60 people took to the water with their boards, prepared for temperatures of about 4 C with warm wet suits.
The outing was organized by the Surfing Association of Nova Scotia.
A post on social media called for supporters to show solidarity with a peaceful paddle-out ceremony.

A non-profit organization that looks after a well-used trail system in Thunder Bay, Ont. says it is facing an unusual challenge this season.
The Blacksheep Mountain Bike Club says it's noticed a big increase in trail usage this year, as more people embrace the outdoors in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.
